It begins in the soil, on Rosanta's farm. Much of what you'll taste grew there and was picked the same day, at its peak and guided by whatever the season decided to give. What the farm doesn't grow comes from nearby hands: small producers who take their time, follow the seasons, and care for the land the same way.
